Hello! Thank you for making it this far into the website. You are the 12th person to do so! Yippie! Now a little bit about me: I’m a Mexican filmmaker based in New York City who's into horror and comedy. Sometimes I even combine the two - imagine that! After going to USC for undergrad and directing a couple of award-winning shorts, I went back to Mexico and became a fairly successful director of commercials - making ads for brands such as Volkswagen, Mitsubishi, and BBVA, among others. Then I had a bit of a quarter-life crisis and decided to give up my cushy career in Mexico and move to NYC, babyyy! I enrolled at the New York Film Academy for an MFA and made dozens of shorts, including NO VOLVERÉ, a movie about an evil mariachi puppet that is competing in a whole lot of cool short film festivals. I am now working as a freelance filmmaker - down to write, direct, assistant direct, DP, and edit. Check out my reel, and I’ll leave it up to you to decide if I have the sauce or suck major ass.
